Data on your device
Your progress, settings, garage choices, race times, the ghost of your last time-trial run, journal words and your racing nickname are saved only on your phone. To remove them, use Settings > Delete all my data, or uninstall the app. Android may include app data in your device backup according to your system settings.
Local Friends racing
Local Friends lets two to four phones race on the same Wi-Fi network or phone hotspot. While you host or join a race, your phone sends the other phones in that race your racing nickname and your car's position and speed. This goes directly between the phones on your local network. It is not sent to Lorjova or to any internet service, and it is not stored after the race. To find races, the hosting phone announces the race name (the host's nickname) on the local network. There is no chat. Use a nickname rather than your real name.
Advertising
The app uses Google AdMob to show a banner at the bottom of menu screens, an occasional full-screen ad between races or routes, and an optional ad that the player can choose to watch for bonus trip tokens. Ads never appear while driving, racing, flying, during lessons, in the pause menu or in Local Friends races.
To show and measure ads, Google may collect device information such as the advertising ID, IP address, approximate location derived from it, and how you interact with ads. This is handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. Ads are limited to content suitable for a general audience (rating PG).
Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), the app asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Ad privacy options. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings.
The app does not include your progress, race times, nickname or journal in ad requests.
Permissions
The app uses the internet and network permissions for Local Friends racing and for ads, and the advertising ID permission for ads.
Data collection and sharing
Lorjova does not collect or receive personal data from this app. Data used for ads goes to Google as described above.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13.

Changes to this policy are published at this address with a new date.
